Diary of A Man is in it’s true essence is an open doorway to male vulnerability through the medium of words and creative expression. Taking my personal journey and blog post centered around Diary of A Black Man (My personal journey into and through manhood) while inviting all walks to see what the journey of manhood embodies in a raw and in depth form. The things are a creative share of what some may deem as just growing pains and others call necessary moments of Life.

About the Author:

Johnny Hall (pen name J.R. Hall) is a young man born in Kansas City, MO. Writing since his youth has been a healthy medium to express his eccentric and never ceasing mind. Along with being an avid reader at a young age, his affinity for wordsmithing has come a long way from simple school papers and poems, to blogs, magazine music columns, freelance, and spoken word events. A father, son, brother, and many other titles are just a myriad of things that hold him accountable to being better and exuding it through his work, mind, and most of all communication with the world.
